Returns and refund policy
Private customers can return products within 100 calendar days from the delivery date. For multi-shipment orders, the return period starts from the day the final part is delivered. Deliveries to companies are excluded from our returns policy.
Returns are free only in cases of defective, damaged, or incomplete products, or if the wrong product was delivered. When the return is initiated due to a customer's mistake (e.g., ordering the wrong product or dissatisfaction with the product), the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
To qualify for a full reimbursement:
The product(s) must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Products damaged during return due to improper packaging may only qualify for a partial refund, at Vicedeal's discretion.
Customer must also provide proof of return, such as a valid shipping receipt or tracking information, to ensure that the return is processed. Failure to provide proof of return may result in the denial of the refund request.
To initiate a return, complete the returns form and follow the step-by-step procedure outlined below.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Customers are allowed to open the packaging and inspect the product as they would in a physical store, but any excessive use leading to value loss may result in a reduced refund.
Some product categories are non-returnable:
Products with a short shelf life or limited expiration (products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life).
Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons (e.g., dietary supplements, mouthpieces).
Products that are irrevocably mixed with other products due to their nature after delivery.
Opened or used consumables, hygiene products, and erotic articles may not have been opened (batteries, dietary supplements, mouthpieces, etc.).
Sealed audio, video recordings, and computer software where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
The returned product meets all Conditions for Return.
The customer has completed the returns form.
The customer has provided proof of return, such as a shipping receipt or tracking information, as evidence that the product has been sent back.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and will be completed within 14 days after receiving the returned product or evidence of return shipping.
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Vicedeal may deduct return shipping costs from the total refund amount if the item is of proper quality and completeness but is returned at Vicedeal's expense by the customer initiative.
Inform Vicedeal: Complete the returns form on our website or contact customer support.
Processing the return: Vicedeal's returns team will contact you within 2 working days with the return address.
Shipping the product: Return the product to the provided address within 14 days of receiving the return details. Please include proof of return, such as a shipping receipt or tracking number, and share it with our customer support team along with your return.
Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, Vicedeal will issue the refund within 14 days, subject to the terms above.
If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged product:
Submit a return request with photos of the product via the customer service portal.
Approved claims will be refunded partially or fully, based on the issue, to your original payment method.
Note: Minor damage to packaging is not considered a defect.
